Francisco Jose Gonzalez Carreras
Francisco is Research Economist at the Institute for Employment Studies (IES) in Brighton, East Sussex (United Kingdom). He is specialized in impact evaluation of policy interventions. His DPhil thesis analyzes microfinance programs and their impact on a range of variables at household level. He has also participated in a research project from DFiD and the Institute of Development Studies finding the impact of electrification in developing countries. He has seven years of teaching experience at the University of Sussex and University College London, mainly on econometrics and microeconomic subjects.
