Gabriella Berloffa
Gabriella Berloffa (Ph.D in economics, University of York) is associate professor at the University of Trento (DEM). Her research concentrates on households’ consumption and labour supply choices (both in developed and developing countries), and their consequences for the evolution of poverty and inequality over time and across cohorts. Recently, attention has been paid to the need of considering the household (and not the individual) as the unit of analysis to assess economic insecurity related to employment risk (at the country level).
